C. Santhi has an Engineering in Electronics & Communications and a Management Degree with Finance Specialization from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She has around 10 years of Institutional work experience at IFCI Limited, a premier all India Financial Institution.

She is the Nominee Director of IFCI Limited in PGPL Board and has exposure in the areas of Appraisals for term lending, Corporate Restructuring Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Project Advisory & Finance.

As Senior Associate Vice President, she is heading the Hyderabad Regional Office of IFCI Limited and managing asset base of Rs.2,200 Crore of Project Financing.
